The May 2nd TuneUp has not yet revealed it's main focus. But I do know there will be some announcements regarding the Mentoring Groups and Workshops and how they will unfold in the upcoming months. Some will be small groups on zoom. Some will be small in person workshops. But ALL will be focused on empowering you for your path/purpose during this momentous time.

The Thriving ~ Microbiome part 2 will be on May 9th at 5pm. The Microbiome Support audio will not be ready until after this session. Please watch the replay for part 1 before this session.

We will be changing the following upcoming sessions as shown below. If you have already registered, you will receive a notification about the date change. Thanks for understanding.

  • The Wholeness Alignment will be on May 16th (instead of May 23rd) at 6pm EST.
  • The Thriving ~ Brain and Beyond will be on May 23rd (instead of May 16th) at 5 pm EST

Monica's Health and Detox course - Ahead of the Bell Curve will be starting this week!  Click here for the Invitation and Details I forgot to mention it during the session, but don't want you to miss out if you are interested. The first 2 weeks are to help you prepare.
